 I applied to the Masters program at Berkeley. And, I haven't heard anything from them.  

Last year, Berkeley sent out a bunch of admits and later after a few days sent out the rejects. This year, a few results have already been posted. 

Does this mean that I am rejected???

Received email from EECS dept offering acceptance a few days ago. No word on funding (I assume there is none). Had phone conversations with faculty a couple of weeks ago (not sure if these were interviews - they didn't feel like it).

Stats:

GRE: < 1200,

GPA: 3.8,

1 publication (minor author)

a lot of work experience

external scholarships
