Options for Accommodation in Downtown Toronto

Hi Guys. I will be joining U of T soon and I am looking for a room within walking distance from the University starting this fall session (September 2017). Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks a lot

I have no positive advice, but the Grad House is horrid and not worth the money. It's 2017; you can't charge people for university housing that doesn't have WiFi.
