Chances for top MBA programs?

I am an MD candidate looking to take a few years off to do an MBA, because I want to get into healthcare administration and entrepreneurship.

URM: black male

Undergrad (HYP): 3.5 GPA, molecular biology and political science double major

GMAT: 710

I also have an MPH from Johns Hopkins (3.7 GPA)

What are my chances for the top MBA programs (Stanford, Harvard, Northwestern, etc.) ?
