admissions into Ms public health

I got a 1000 in gre and my GPa is 3.30. I'm a dentist from india. I have applied to schools like Tulane, San Francisco, San Jose, and  WUSTL. Do i have a chance of getting through into any one of the schools

MS programs in public health are not as competitive as one may think-- fit seems to matter more. A dentist with a 1000 GRE, in my opinion, stands a decent shot of at least one acceptance. Good luck!
