University of Idaho: MS Human Factors

Has anybody heard anything back from the University of Idaho regarding admission to the Masters of Human Factors program for Spring 2018? I submitted my application on August 30th and reached out to the Graduate Admissions office in mid-October and everything keeps coming back as "Out to Department" when I check my status. I am getting a little concerned given the start of the spring semester is on January 10th and I have been in a holding pattern for 3 months.
