  1. Then I would try again to contact their grad dept. The contact I have seen so far was Bradley Wolf, so I would try to contact him as he seems to be the coordinator for the accepted Chem Grad Students if you want to find out about another visit or your acceptance. http://chemistry.ucdavis.edu/staff/brad_wolf.html Sorry I can't help more.
  2. Yes, I was accepted for the Chem. PhD program there, more specifically applied for inorganic/materials. Informal was 1/15, letter was 1/28, visit invite was with the informal where they gave me a link to sign up/pick which groups I wanted to meet.
  3. Hmm, well I think that's still a good sign you got in for sure. Bradley Wolf has been the contact I've seen on all the emails so that would seem like the person to contact if you wanted to make sure, he's the Chemistry Graduate Affairs Officer I believe.
  4. Hmm not sure, I was admitted and received an informal acceptance, then the visitation information, then a formal letter of acceptance. The first (I think it's the first anyhow) visitation weekend is this Thursday. I would try to contact them again if you wanted to be sure, but as long as you have received the first informal bit then I would think you were good.
  5. Hey folks, I actually just heard about this website so I figure I would contribute. Accepted: UT Austin, UC Davis, UM Twin Cities Waiting: MIT, UC Boulder, UW I got those acceptances back at the beginning of January though if that helps as well.
