I received notification over a month ago and have yet to be contacted by the commission. Apparently they have until May to contact us. Where are you going?

I do think it has something to do with it--some Latin American countries go by the school year, so they start in February of next year. I guess the commission contacts us later then... I'm surprised that Peru doesn't adhere to the school year there...

Thanks for the input. It's been almost two weeks since I got the first email. I emailed the US person and haven't gotten an answer. When do Peru and Colombia start their grants periods? Maybe it's earlier than mine.

I'm still waiting for the letter. Got acceptance on the 17th.

So does this mean that Western Hemisphere decisions are beginning to come out? I'm wondering if it's by region or country, since regions seem to come out in bulk. I'm dying out here!

The wait is really agonizing... Don't know what to do to get my mind off it--any suggestions? I've also been having nightmares galore.

I am under the impression that the top scores don't receive transcript requests and get an award no matter what. Those who have lesser scores get transcript requests. But I may be wrong--this process is very opaque. This waiting is killing me... Another two months.
