I'm 28 and don't want to live with a bunch of 18 year olds on campus, but off campus housing consists of stuff that is almost $1000 a month. Where are normal-priced studios? I have a friend who teaches there and she's moving into a house in May where the rent is either $750 or $800 a month for a 2 bedroom with a yard. I'm only familiar with the undergrad off campus housing within walking distance of campus, which I paid about $2500 a semester for. I imagine somewhere a little further from campus outside of where undergrads live would be even cheaper, due to lower demand.
