Moral question. Thoughts?

Does anyone think that posting interview questions, especially with attaching the name of the grad school, is unethical?  Is that cheating or just being prepared?

Probably not unethical - mostly because interview questions are usually the same ones for most schools (within the relevant fields, obviously), and secondly, there's no guarantee that the questions one person is asked are going to be the same for the next person.

In my opinion, if you have been asked by the interviewer to not share your interview questions and you agreed (whether it's a verbal or written agreement), then I think it would be unethical to share the questions.

 

However, I have never encountered such a scenario and I don't think most places require you to not disclose your interview experience (at least not in my field). So, it should be fine to share interview experiences in most cases Also most academic interviews within a field are about the same anyways.

They're not going to ask you some secret question. You can google this kind of thing and figure out the most common questions that students get. I've never had an interview for anything where they asked me not to tell anyone what they asked. That would be strange. Also, they probably won't ask everyone the same thing. It all depends on what you say. If you say X thing and an interviewer finds that interesting, the conversation would go in a completely different direction than someone else's interview.
