funding to MS student

I am applying to MS program in computer science/engineering or information system etc.

Does any university provide funding for MS student in this area?

I think Princeton funds MS students in Computer Science.
UT Austin funds a number of students in their MSIS degree.

I haven't come across any. Unfortunately, very few universities provide full funding to MA or MS students in any degree. They tend to reserve funding for their PHD students.
