Do I need to explain in PS, with such a GRE score

Dear all,

My GRE score is V 154, Q 161, AW 5.0

Is there any weak part that I need to explain in my Statement for my GRE score? My fields include stratification, family and marriage, social demography. I am from east asia.

Your V and Q don't look good for top schools, but I am not sure how you are to explain it in your SoP. For V, a good writing sample maybe helps a bit; for Q, maybe you could mention your quantitative skills learned prior to grad study. But I mean just maybe.
