Hello, I require evaluation for the following profile:

Degree goal: MS/PhD
Concentration: Analog/RF IC design

GRE(1st attempt: 310): V149, Q161, AWA 3.5
GRE(2nd attempt: 307): V148, Q159, AWA 3.5 (I got sick)
TOEFL: 93 (R:27, L:22, S:20, W:24 )

UG:
- Latin American university (best in my country) (TOP 500 Worldwide)
- First in my class, TOP 1 (82% of max. grade possible)
- 1 research paper (related to ICs) in an international conference (most important latin american IC conference)(under revision, likely to be accepted).
- No work experience

Nothing stands out in particular to me in your application. That's also a lot of schools, if you're actually applying to all of them. IMO Stanford, Berkeley, Caltech, Columbia, etc. will be a reach.

Your GRE and TOEFL are weak. I agree with Edotdl that nothing stands out about your profile for me. You have a fair chance of getting into UT Dallas, Arizona State, Oregon State, Ohio State, University of Washington. As for the rest of them, I wouldn't count on it. Sorry!!
