At this point i'm beginning to wonder if Fulbright is just a figment of my imagination and that the country of Jordan doesn't even exist..... and congrats teachlovemusic on Macedonia!!!!

Did any of you just receive an email from Fulbright about saving the date for pre-departure orientation? I'm sure they send them out to all recommended applicants, but I figured it was worth checking on. Also, so not cool for Fulbright to be sending out emails at this point that aren't decisions (do they want me to die an early death?)

I'm a Jordan ETA applicant and I haven't heard anything yet....

I just checked again and now its deleted???????? WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! This application has made me officially paranoid

I KNOW?!?! I feel like someone's punking us just to see how we react. Plus its after business hours so decisions shouldn't be coming out now, right??

Just saw that someone posted on the google doc that they were accepted to the ETA to Jordan today (Congrats!). I'm also an applicant and haven't heard anything yet, so I wanted to check and see if any of you knew how long it usually takes for them to send out notifications to all of the applicants?

Hey guys! This is my first time posting, but I just got word from my advisor that first round notifications will be coming out THIS FRIDAY (Jan. 16th)! He even forwarded the official statement from Fulbright and IIE. Looks like the wait is almost over!! NSC Result Notification Dear Colleagues, We are pleased to announce that IIE will be informing students of the outcome of the first stage of Fulbright U.S. Student Competition this week. Emails will be sent to all applicants notifying them of their application status by the end of the day on Friday, January 16, 2015.
