I got a very low verbal GRE score 148(38%)......Math i s169(98%). After i retook it, the new verbal score is 151(49%) but the math becomes 164(90%)..... i am not a native speaker. I wonder will this enough for a PhD program in Mechanical engineering? I have a strong GPA and really want to get into top20 unversities in ME. Any advice? thanks
