  1. Masters or PhD? International or American? I'm pretty sure the decisions for the PhD program have been made.
  2. Are you an international student? It may be different then. All domestic applicants have received offers.
  3. UMich has already accepted students and sent out funding offers. They accept about 40 students and fund most of them.
  4. Masters programs typically only require 1 year/30 credits. I don't know anything specific about that program but getting a masters there should make it easier to get into their PhD program.
  5. Stanford is still reviewing apps. They will have decisions up online by mid-March but they're trying to get them done sooner.
  6. Just spoke to Linda Scott in the Bioengineering dept. at Caltech. Apparently they're doing something different this year and not extending interview invitations to all of their 'possible admits' due to some problems that occurred last year. If you call her up you can get your application status. She wasn't sure how it was going to work but she did tell me that an interview did not necessarily mean a higher chance of admission. MIT is also still reviewing applications.
  7. Congrats! But, I don't think you should post it in the results section until it's official. It throws a lot of people off thinking they missed out.
  8. Still haven't heard from anywhere. Friend on campus received an email invite to MIT's interview weekend last week.
