I think it depends on what stream. I applied to Reporting New York, which, combined with Reporting the Nation, is about 15-16 students.

I might plan a visit on the same weekend that Columbia's having their open house. Even if they don't have a formal thing, we could still probably sit in on a class or shadow someone in the program.

I was accepted too, and with some scholarship $, but for Reporting New York at NYU. Still waiting to hear from a couple more schools though. I wish all the waiting would end!

I don't really have a first choice - only applied to programs that interest me - but I'm still waiting on NYU, Columbia, Ryerson, and UBC (the last two schools are in Canada). I will have a terrible time deciding between all of these, so hopefully some scholarship money or rejection letters will make my decision easier!

I submitted it Nov 30 and was accepted. Check again Monday?
