@BeakerBreaker Just checked. My UT direct status still says In Review. I got an email from the admissions coordinator at CMB saying that I was officially admitted, and included the form I would sign if I choose to accept the offer.

Just got an admission offer from UT Austin CMB

Has anyone heard back from UC Berkeley bioengineering? Surely they are sending out soon, and nothing on results.

Ragan, what iGem team were you from( if you don't want to share this, its fine)? I am a 3 year vet of the University of Washington, including the 2011 winning team.

elkheart, UW BPSD sent invites on Friday, with a deadline to reply of this coming Friday. I would expect a rejection if you haven't heard.

I just heard back from Rice SSPB too. Another interview request. The early date Jan 24/25. Maybe we'll see each other.

No word, other then last week I was told that I put in the wrong DOB, so they are probably ready to review this coming week.

Banksy- I am appying to SSPB. My area of interest is in synthetic biology. I am particularly interested in the program's metabolic engineering research and the Tabor lab's optogenetics research.

Got a best of track award 1st year, 2nd year won it all( first american team to do so).
