Hey~ It's weird that nobody is talking about Missouri... why? It should be a bench mark in the industry according to my journalist friends? Can its so many J-centers and alumni resource make up for its disadvantage of location, and over all ranking? As regarding Syracuse, does anyone know how is Newhouse research performance? As Mizzou offered an RA position with full tuition waiver, I'm kinda struggling with my choice~

It's kinda mysterious... as this is the program with the least mentioning on its website... How does it go exactly? I received an admission letter yesterday via email... the director seems passionate! Does anyone here know how is the education quality and possible placement of this program? Is it strictly academic? Plus.. I'm an international student... am wondering if Syracuse is a nice place to stay? I can try to bear the freezing weather, but My friends keep telling me upper New York is a SKETCHY place... Is it true???? (That's the word they use... confused)

I received a waiting list notice days ago... And am wondering how do people think about that program? It only holds 15 students, and lasts for one year. Strong in new media and technology I suppose? but why aren't many discussing about this program? The awkwardness is if a waiting list can be transferred into an admission will be notice on April.16... you know...way too late... Will people turn down Stanford? I see many here have a handful of admissions... but it's like a gamble if I shall wait for it... How many are on the waiting list???? Only two more results to be unveiled for me... Good luck people!

Oh my god. This means so many in China had their Berkeley interviews for this. Kinda stressed. Em...They all have alumni in Beijing but none in other places = = I know the office asked some students to submit their transcript for fall 2012. Really don't know whether those who've been asked for this are going to the next selection round? Oh gosh...Mid-Feb......Really nervous on this!!
