I have looked at many articles online and talked to current employers and they all think having a degree from Cal doesnt help you make more money , its who you are and what you are capable of that gives you a raise.

I am having a really hard time deciding between these two schools. UW and Berkeley. I need to know VERY soon! Berkeley is known for having the #1 structural engineering program. However, being a WA state resident Berkeley is about 30K more expensive ( I havent been offered any financial aid at either schools so I will have to pay by loans) . I am not interested in research so I would be doing the 9 month course based option at both schools. I appreciate your opinions. Please help!
