Send them in now! Let the school(s) know you missed the school on your application and that the transcripts are on their way. Most programs allow materials to be submitted up to 6 weeks after the due date, to allow for just this situation. It'll look worse to leave it out entirely - remember - they know we are only human and we all make mistakes
