I'll claim the UM waitlist. I couldn't resist emailing the director of grad studies...all acceptances are out and waitlist emails are to follow shortly.

Shouldn't hear from NW until the end of the month.

Where would you want to teach? I really wanted to apply, but as an older undergrad I can't afford to take a break from school. I highly recommend Detroit if you end up going that route.

I haven't, but it looks as though theres been about 8 admits so I'm assuming thats it. Rejections should be coming soon. Can't wait!

There are now 4 posted acceptances. Bummin' hard.

So here's a question - how long do schools typically give students to accept/reject offers? My application deadlines ranged from mid-December to Feb. 1st so I won't hear from everyone until at least the end of March. Granted, I've yet to hear from anyone so it may not even be an issue.

I applied to Temple. Got a call from them today (thinking it would be a very early acceptance), but it was the coordinator asking me to send another copy of something. My guess is we won't hear anything til late Feb.
