It's a bummer that the summer program ad is included in the rejection letters. That being said, it is expensive but a GREAT experience.

But a few folks from the summer program do end up at VCU! Not many, but a few. I think they just can't say that- wouldn't seem quite right.

Hey folks- does anyone know if Cranbrook provides their students with an opportunity to teach? Being only a graduate-degree granting school I just don't know. If anyone has some knowledge I'd love to be the recipient. Thanks!

Agreed. Biking between Chapel Hill/Carrboro and Duke would mean taking some pretty serious back roads (avoiding the insanity of 15/501). As mpheels said, there are busses between the two that have bike racks. Thats the safest way to go, especially since there aren't bike lanes everywhere. I'm sure that somebody does it but its taking ones life in ones own hands.

I'll most likely be there in the fall, MFA Sculpture.

Considering the early deadline, Berkeley is consistantly delivering later than other schools... I didn't get my rejection last year from them until mid/late March. I'm hoping the news will come soon as well.

Small world! Love it. I applied to Sculpture + Extended Media. As far as I can tell that department is on a different schedule from everybody else- I was interviewed less than a week after the application was due. Who knows what time frame the other are on!
