I was wondering also. I suspected it might be in the ASF under "Check Application Status" (I think I read that's where letters were uploaded last year) but for me it just says that my application is complete.

Hmm... I'm actually a USC employee so I already knew my ID. It's a ten digit number. Not sure if its the one you're talking about. When I log in it asks if I want to accept or decline the offer to the 2013 fall MPP program. Nothing updated on my online application site.

Try logging into the USC graduate certification website (do a search for usc camel). I hadn't been able to log in until today...
