What country are you? I pretty much figure its a very long shot at this date for any alternates who haven't been informed yet. :x

I wish I knew the answer to that as I am 2nd on the list also. When I spoke to Rachel Holskin, she seemed to imply most of the principal candidates had already accepted. :evil:

Have any Netherlands alternates had success in determining their place on the list? I have email Rachel Holskin twice, but have not received a response.

Anyone know the status of additional funding for the Netherlands? I am an alternate with some very important life decisions to make over the next several months (aren't we all?). I am a little steamed about not receiving a principal grant, given I know the language and have published on my topic as it relates to the Netherlands, but I suppose we all are highly qualified applicants struggling for a limited number of grants. It's sad how they make us fight like ravenous dogs for the scraps from the table :twisted:
