There are some easy answers for that as well. For instance, previous year I only applied for MIT because I was very busy and missed pretty much all deadlines. MIT is the most deadline-friendly university. It is enough to fill in and submit the online application by the deadline. You are allowed to send all the supporting documents afterwards (as long as you're sure they will reach MIT by the beginning of January when they actually start processing apps).

Does anyone know about the review process at University of Toronto? It looks pretty silent yet. Any clues when the results could start coming out?
