Hi Katellis, I've got an admit for PhD in Biophysics at UMich...I'll be heading to Ann Arbor in mid August...So how good is Ann Arbor for spending 5 years or more??Also I've heard a lot about its severe winter..Could you please tell me more about the city, cost of living etc..Btw I'm an International student..

Hi, Has anyone applied to PhD in Biophysics?I'm an International student and applied to Biophysics/Struc. Bio programs in in Duke, Michigan AA, UIUC, WashU, UT Southwestern Med Center, CMU+Pitts, Penn State and CSHL/Stony Brook. Got rejects from CSHL & UT Southwestern till now... Has anyone applied to any of the above programs?
