Rejected after waiting so long. Letter states: "We regretfully inform you that your application to the Master of Industrial Design Program at Georgia Tech for Fall 2009 has been declined and that you are not admitted into the program. Please note that many strong candidates had applied for admission and due to the resource limitations we are unable to admit everyone. The reviewers struggled hard to make the admission decisions and it is unfortunate that we are unable to offer you admission at this point in time. We invite you to reapply next year and look forward to hearing from you. Please accept our sincere thanks for taking the time to apply to the program." Well, I'll definitely be re-applying next year, although I really wish I had gotten in this time. :cry:

So after waiting since the end of January, GaTech has finally made a decision. I should get the letter in the mail sometime next week. I guess I wasn't one of their first choices since April 15th went by a long time ago, but I assumed I was on their waitlist since I wasn't rejected either. I'm so glad the wait is almost over!!! I applied to the Masters of Industrial Design program. I've got my fingers crossed!
