Has anyone's flight been ticketed yet? I reserved a flight last week and emailed Elena with the details, but I haven't heard back, and today I got an email from the travel agency saying that it would be canceled if it wasn't ticketed before 48 hours in advance of the flight.

Has anyone heard back about New Zealand?
