Heard back from University of Hawaii at Manoa today (Community-Based and Translational Research DrPH program) via email. I was wait listed. They said they are limiting admission to 4 applicants per year.
Also, as for UCLA's Community Health Sciences department, I asked them about their admissions process for doctoral programs in Community Health Sciences this year (both PhD and DrPH). They said: "We received 64 applications, 16 for the DrPH program. 10 were admitted, 3 for the DrPH program. We hope to matriculate 6-7 students in the Fall."
Additionally, I heard that someone was accepted to the DrPH program at Berkeley last Monday. I followed up with the coordinator that day, and she said: "We are finalizing out admission process and you should know within 2 weeks."
Anyone else heard back?
