If you're a direct applicant from outside Canada, it depends on the country you're applying from (that's all the data they compiled I think). You can check the stats on SSHRC's website.

Very early March. Some people in the US got it on March 2nd if you look at the thread from last year. So I guess the process is slower this year...

For Direct Applicants, I received this from SSHRC after emailing them: Good afternoon, The results letters will be mailed probably on Friday March 8, 2013.
