Hey there! On Thursday (Feb 28) I was so excited to see my application status for Carleton University change from "review in progress by department" to "recommended for assessment" because, according to the School of Social Work website, it means I will be getting an offer my March 4th (today). When I checked the status of my application (just for fun) again a few days later, my status had changed back to "review in progress by department". I have no idea what has happened. I've tried calling and emailing the administrator at the School of Social Work but due to the large volume of emails and phone calls, she is delayed in responding. I am wondering if anyone has a take on my situation. I think it's so cruel to say I am accepted and then shortly after take it away. I'm hoping it's just a glitch in the system but who knows what's going on, I can't get a hold of anyone.
