Hi everyone,
I am an international student in Penn State, originally from China, dual-majored in Comparative International Education/Educational Theory and Policy. I am finishing my master thesis in library right now.
I felt so sad that I've got 5 rejections from Umich, MSU, UIUC, UC-Irvine and UW-twin.
I only have 3 left, UT-Austin, University of Washington at Seattle and Indiana University Bloomington.
I applied for Phd degree in Educational Policy Studies/Educational Organization and Leadership.
It's really a bad story to get so many rejections. The information I got is, "We strive to support all of our students for the duration of their PhD program and the tuition levels for International students are much much higher than tuition levels for U.S. students." Same answers from at least three universities, and I knew that might be the problem this year.
It seems that...I might not able to study with my girlfriend in same school . Only University of Washington left for the same university for both of us.
God bless me...
I can't bear it any more....I can't focus on my master thesis...It's so nervous and frustrated.
