Hi all! I have narrowed down my choices to Harvard and LSE. I have no funding from either school and they will cost about the same. I have no idea what to do.
My goal is to :
1) work in the int'l dev field (education or other ) at a NGO, international organization, or gov't
2) eventually go for a phd in a few years
I am trying to decide between Harvard and LSE.
Harvard: Ed.M in International Education Policy
9 months-> 32 Credits
No thesis
Employment Stat: http://www.gse.harvard.edu/about/administration/careers/documents/2012_Graduate_Report_3Month_Final.pdf
LSE: MSc Development Studies
1 year with a thesis
Employment Stat: http://www2.lse.ac.uk/intranet/CareersAndVacancies/graduateDestinations/Department/internationalDevelopment.aspx
Would appreciate any thoughts, comments, or experiences about either school/programs...
Thanks!
