Thanks guys, I just called the office and they emailed it to me!

Hi, I received an unofficial admission letter from Caltech (EE) about a month ago, saying that I would receive the official one in a reasonable amount of time. My POI also sent me email to confirm that. But it has been 1.5 month, but I haven't heard anything back from them yet. I tried contacting the secretary several times but got no reply. I am a bit worried now. Does anyone knows if it is possible that a school changes decisions after sending out the unofficial ones? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Actually I have received an unofficial admission letter, but the official one hasn't arrived yet. It just takes way too long.....

Any one has any idea when Caltech (EE) will send out the official admission? I got an unofficial one about a month ago, but I haven't heard from them since then:( a little bit worried

I got two offers from Cornell and Caltech, both offer me RA positions. I am not sure which one to choose. The track in Caltech is about circuit design and radar, the one in Cornell will probably be about plasma and electromagnetic. I am interested in both, and haven't decided which one I should devote to. Any suggestions about job placements, research, student life etc about these two places? By the way, I am an international student. Thanks : )
