Ph.D. admission at MIT/Stanford/Yale I am graduating with MS from the best school in Korea and applying for Ph.D. in MIT/Stanford/Yale. My publication in WORLDCOMP https://sites.google.com/site/worlddump1 is very good but the conference’s reputation is spoiling my chances. A professor from Yale pointed out this publication issue and asked my response. Can I resubmit this paper to another conference/journal before it is too late? Is this resubmission professional/ethical?
