I don't know if this helps, but Germany has a holiday today (because of Easter) so likely no word from them until Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest.

I think I would choose Germany because most of my research has to do with Germany, plus I want to learn to speak German German not Austrian German, but honestly I will jump at either! I haven't lived abroad (yet) and though Germany is #1, Austria is not a bad #2. How about you?

Ugh I'm also (trying) to prepare myself for double rejection! I have no idea which is more competitive, I imagine Fulbright...I pulled up the "print now" PDF and it doesn't include my uploads either, so I'm sure that those weren't part of the actual application, but rather supplementary materials.
