Hi folks, I am new to forum. First of all congrats to everybody who got the admission and good luck to those who are still awaiting I have applied to MSW program at - SDSU ( Accepted for 1 yr Advanced Standing) University of Houston(still waiting) University of Texas Arlington( Accepted for 2 yr program) UT - Austin (Denied) I am struggling to decide about SDSU. They are offering me a one year program(considering my BSW and work experience) which mean less tuition fees to pay. However i am not sure about the credibility. it rank 60 in us news. can somebody please advise? My first choice will be University of Houston but still confused...please advise.

Hi All, Has anybody got admitted to SDSU - MSW, Advanced Standing Program that start this Summer( May22) 2013. I was interested to know how good is the program considering SDSU is known to be a party school. I also have a offer from UT, Arlington MSW Direct Practice, 2 year program and waiting to hear from Houston. Let me know if you have any advise for me. Thanks.

Hi All, I recently got an offer from SDSU MSW - Advanced Standing Program(1 yr), that begin this summer 2013. I have a offer from UT Arlington for 2 yr program DP and waiting for University of Houston offer. Do you guys know the standard of MSW program in SDSU. I heard its a party school and the education standard is not that good. Thought I will able to complete by MSW in one year at SDSU , I am worried about job prospect latter and also the kind of education there. Please advise.
