Hi, I've been admitted to both JHU and UCSD in ECE with fellowships in both schools. My interests are in Biomedical signal and Image Processing. Which one should I take? JHU has an awesome med school and a range of opportunities when it comes to collaboration. UCSD is higher ranked when it comes to ECE.
