Did you copy the list from USNEWS? Looking at your list has too many ambitious universities like UWashington,UWisconsin, UMinnesota etc. Refine the list and there are other good universities too.And by not mentioning the area you going to specialize in its almost impossible to predict your chances at the universities.

My brief profile is as follows 1.Major : Electronics Engineering. 2.Undergrad GPA : 3.4 ( from a state College in INDIA, reputation just mediocre).Class rank 11th/120students totally 3.Research Experience: Nothing much apart from several projects related to Microcontroller,VLSI 4.No publications, no conference talks. 5.Work Exp:Been working as a lecturer in an engineering college since 6 months. 6.GRE: 720(Q) 460(V) 3.5(W) 7.TOEFL :102 I`m applying for Master of Science Computer Engineering and want to specialise in Mixed Signal/Digital VLSI. I need you guys suggestion on choosing the right university with a good reputation and research in the field.If possible tell me the universities that suit my profile. Awaiting reply. I would like to know how good the Computer Engineering Program is in Illinois Institute of Tech.I`m about to join there online MS degree program So I request you guys if you know anything about the IIT C and particularly their MS CpE program then please do reply.
