Thanks MPPgal. Can you tell me why I should rule out Fels?

Hello, longtime lurker, first-time poster here. I have received comparable master's degree offers from GPPI (Georgetown), Harris (Chicago), and Fels (UPenn). The scholarship money from each is essentially the same and so it will not factor into my decision. My focus is domestic policy. I am uncertain where I want to work after school, whether in government, at a policy-related nonprofit, or in the private sector as a consultant. I may want to run for office one day, but other than that, the immediate future is up in the air. I have contacted students and administrators at each school about each program's strengths, but the responses from everyone have essentially been the same, so ultimately I have not derived much help from them. I don't have much background in or knowledge of quantitative analysis, and that is something I hope to pick up while earning a master's degree. A good career services office is also important to me given my uncertainty about what I want to do after graduating. Any insight anyone may have about the comparable merits of these three programs would be great. Thanks in advance.
