I just obtained my master degree in Economics in Oxford with distinction and considering HKUST PHD Finance offer. I am from Singapore and HKUST is the top school in Asia. Anyone knows how is HKUST PHD Finance program? Will US schools recognize it as a good school? How is student publication? Are the professors there nice and willing to help?

I just obtained my master degree in Economics in Oxford with distinction and considering HKUST PHD Finance. I am from Singapore and HKUST is the top school in Asia. I think I have a good change to get the HKPFS scholarship (20000HKD/month). Anyone knows how is HKUST PHD Finance program? Will US schools recognize it as a good school? How is student publication? Are the professors there nice and willing to help?
