I have been accepted to both schools (PhD) with 3 years full funding from UC Boulder and 2 years full funding from U Maryland Baltimore. I have a few phone calls from profs and grad students at Boulder but only one call from Baltimore. I am in HCI and I am not sure which would be the better program. Any help would be appreciated.
