Same situation here, only my results could come any day (ANY SECOND). I like to think that they're not so carelessly cruel as to send out encouraging batch emails to people they're going to going to reject, but who knows.

Thanks to you both for responses. The wording of the email was really encouraging, but I'm trying not to set myself up for disappointment.

Last week my top choice school emailed me encouraging me to apply for a fellowship whose deadline I had accidentally missed. This email came a week and a half after a good interview. This is a good sign, right?

Hey all! Long time lurker, first time poster Does anyone know when to expect responses from Russia (specifically for ETAs)? When I had my Skype interview, I was told to expect early April. Will the sequester have effected this at all? Does anyone have any updates to share? Thanks!
