Hi, I am an international applicant and am new in this forum. I have recently received the admission from CMU and Upenn. And I am still waiting for a Canada school, UBC (Although I don't know there is a chance to get in). I really had a hard time choosing between the two. I heard CMU is really small, does that make the school a dull one?(No offense). However, it has better techniques and achievements in engineering. Are there any more things to consider? The tuition is really a burden for me and I don't want to regret on my decision.
