I'm going to Morocco and haven't received my final forms, either. They've only mailed them, from Morocco, last week. So, OD09, I wouldn't worry...I think it's that way across the board. I think it's interesting they gave me plane tickets before they gave me the forms to finally accept the award.

Does anyone know if I can delay a Fulbright by a month or two? I'm supposed to start in Morocco this September, but I need money to pay credit card bills while I'm there, and won't have enough by then. Does it piss off Fulbright or is it a normal request?
