I have applied for direct PhD in ece department. I have not heard anything from them till now, shall i consider it as a reject. or is it usual for UCD to delay decisions. My CGPA 9.5/10 from reputed indian university and have few good projects in my undergraduate in my intended area of research. I have contacted them and they are replying that if there is a change in status i will be notified. I have to decide on my other admits and I am waitiing for UCD decision, can anyone help me out
