  2. I got into Brookyln a while ago and am going. To your question above, the last day to send in my money for St johns, i got my acceptance for Brooklyn College. I cancelled the check for st johns and told Brooklyn that I am 100% going. If st johns would not have let me cancel the check, I still would have accepted Brookyln College's offer. If you hear from a school u really want to go to after accepting another school, wouldn't you just take it and give the offer you accepted to someone else?
  3. I honestly looked at people's GPA, as well, and thought I'd never get into a grad school with a 3.65 (out of major, but 4.0 in pre-reqs). I think if you have good letters of recc and a good personal statement with extra curriculars, that can offset the gpa. I think, however, some schools use gpa merely as a "weed-out" process...meaning anyone below a 3.0 are autimatically rejected, regardless of all supplements to application. But I do think you have a chance!!! Many schools have very high expectations...especially in ny.
  4. Hi! I did not apply there. I just want you to be aware that they (as far as I know) are NOT ASHA certified!! You should double check before you fully commit to going there...
  5. Do you mean good questions to ask on the interview?? You can ask about externship placements, how many people pass praxis, what types of help do they give you finding a cfy...there are lots of questions!
  6. Hey I was wondering if anyone got into Brookyln College and is going???
