Hey guys I got accepted to UNC and UMB in PHD nursing program. But I didn't make a decision yet... Of course, UNC is higher than UMB in US news ranking, but faculties of UMB have gotten more interested to me than UNC and UMB has a good hospital in Baltimore. Funding is also a big issue.. Both of them did not give me a scholarship in this time. so If I choose one, which one is better to get a scholarship?? Anyone can give me a tip?? I don't know the real reputation of both programs... I'm confused.....
