I am doing my Masters in Computer Science from University of Manchester which is like World number 28 in QS Rankings. I am thinking to apply to US for Phd. The Schools I have Shortlisted are Stanford, CMU, UCF, USC, UT Austin. My GPA equivalent is 3.7. 2 publications. Will be joining another lab as a RA in september. Do I even Stand a chance? I will be giving GRE in November. Thanks
