Hi all,
I have read the thread, and I have a lot to say in mind, so I am summing everything in one reply. I think the different universities are waiting to the last minute, and that decisions this year are coming out later than last year, which is something I just cannot think of a reason to it. I noticed that most replies last year were in late February, early March, and late March early April. Here we are, almost mid March and very few schools replied.
I also think they are finishing decisions for masters before they decided on PhD's. Strangely enough, a friend of mine got an acceptance with a blunt "No Funding" into PhD at SUNY Buffalo. I find it strange that they did not reply to many people, but still told her "no funding".
Finally, I would like to share my stats as you all did. They are not really super, they are just average. I applied for Ms/PhD programs if the institution allows.
